Simplified, optimized document generation coupled with CPQ

A powerful solution for business users
From your Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce environment, your business users can leverage Experlogix CPQ’s powerful yet simple-to-use capabilities to configure and price complex products with accuracy, and deliver customized, professional quotes through automated and consistent processes powered by Xpertdoc, accelerating sales cycles, improving document quality and increasing revenue.
Unlimited data sets
Multiple data sets – Experlogix CPQ, Dynamics 365/Dataverse, Salesforce, ERP, ECM, user input, XML, and other data sources – can be created and combined in document templates during the flow execution. Xpertdoc has no limitations on the data you can use in your quotes and proposals.
Advanced document design
The solution comes with the Xpertdoc Template Builder, a Microsoft Word add-in that allows users to easily create dynamic templates that automatically integrate customer information, images and descriptions of products, pricing tables, terms and conditions, warranties, etc., and incorporate complex pricing and discounting calculations and logic-based conditions.
Conditional document flows
Users can visually build automated document flows that contain conditional steps, such as sending generated documents by email, to a network printer or via an e-signature platform, creating Notes and Activities/Tasks with attached documents, and storing generated documents in Xpertdoc Content Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
Role-based flow selection
Seamless integrations
In addition to Experlogix CPQ, Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, Xpertdoc offers seamless integrations with other leading applications and systems – DocuSign, Sertifi, OneSpan Sign, Adobe Sign, file storage and sharing, and ECM.
