Xpertdoc CRM Connector Allows LiftFund to Create, Manage, Deliver, and Archive Documents Directly from the Microsoft CRM Platform
Montreal, December 6, 2016 – Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in customer communications management (CCM) solutions, today announced that LiftFund has selected Xpertdoc’s CCM platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector to create, manage, deliver, and archive templates and proposals directly from the Microsoft Platform. Xpertdoc is supporting the integration of LexisNexis and DocuSign to complete the end-to-end customer experience.
LiftFund is a non-profit organization and the largest microlender in the United States, providing small business loans and minority business loans for women, start-ups, and entrepreneurs to help them achieve their dreams. The company is using Xpertdoc to expand to more states, which requires an efficient way to input information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM into loan reports and SBA loan documents, while making the appropriate state-specific regulatory changes a simpler process.

Xpertdoc CRM connector also supports all version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, allowing LiftFund to begin implementing on their current 2011 version and migrate to the 2016 in the fall of this year.
