TeraRecon Boosts Sales Efficiency with Xpertdoc Technology

Partnership empowers TeraRecon’s sales team with improved tools to create, manage, deliver, sign and archive documents directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform

Xpertdoc, a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in customer communication solutions (CCM), today announced that TeraRecon, the largest independent provider of advanced medical imaging systems and solutions, selected the Xpertdoc CCM platform and Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline and enhance quoting and sales proposals.

Although TeraRecon uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM, pulling stored data and complex quote information to make a meaningful proposal required redundant manual interventions to be effective. Using Xpertdoc’s Dynamics 365 Connector and CCM platform, TeraRecon is now able to manage quotes through an entirely electronic process – including template creation and document delivery, eliminating lengthy processes and inefficiencies.
