Customer Communications Platform Earns SLSA Approval

Montreal, January 10, 2017 – Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in customer communications management (CCM) solutions, today announced their CCM platform is approved under the Government of Canada Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA). This allows the technology to be sold to the country’s federal agencies at a pre-negotiated price through its strategic partners MNP and A Hundred Answers, avoiding the need for a complex bidding process typically associated with purchasing of new technologies.

Xpertdoc has the only CCM platform specifically built for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and 365 to meet the technical and pricing requirements necessary to be approved by the SLSA, the Canadian government’s pre-approved software list. Government agencies can now immediately enable business users to create, manage and deliver an infinite variety of data-driven, impactful documents using their CRM data.
